After removing a Soundblaster Live sound card from a Gateway computer with Windows 2000 operating sytem using Add/Remove Hardware, I am unable to reinstall the card. The software drivers have been updated and are Windows compatible. Seems like it might be a problem controlled by the software rather than a hardware problem. Any assistance appreciated
