I have lonked excel table to access table. I have attach this table to a
formA. When I update the excel my access form gets updated. but I cannot
update or add new records through my Access form or table
 
Sorry, but that's the way it is.

Microsoft lost a lawsuit two or three years ago, and was forced to remove
the ability to update linked Excel spreadsheets from Access.

You either need to import the data into Access, make your changes, then
export it out, or figure out some way to use Automation to update the
spreadsheet.
