I have two sheets that are linked together - lets call them sheet A an
sheet B.

On sheet A there are 50 rows with manually input data, which are linke
to sheet B via the special paste function - this works fine :)

In sheet B I have then copied the links into the next 100 rows, so cel
A51 on sheet A is linked to cell A51 on sheet B.

At this moment in time there is no data input from cell A51 on sheet
onwards, but this will be input as and when new customers join so wil
update sheet B automatically.

Now to the problem..................

When I come to sort sheet B via a column, the 100 rows with the foruml
in appear at the top even thou' no data is actually in the field only
formula.

Is it possible to have these appear at the bottom?

I hope that this all makes sense

Thanks

you should use access if you really want to sort stuff

that way you can have multiple copies (queries) of the data without
really having multiple copies of the data

in excel, if you want a list sorted by manager; and then a list sorted
by phone number-- that is having 2 different copies of the same data.

like for aphone list-- you would go and add new records to 2
worksheets.

in acces-- you can have multiple sorts off of one copy of the data

databases are much more powerful for sorting/filtering that Excel
