Sorting with hidden rows

How do you sort a spreadsheet that has hidden rows without
losing the integrity of the formulas?

I get all kinds of incorrect data after I try to sort. I
am assuming it is because of the hidden rows that this
happens

Tat,

Try your sorting with the rows unhidden: you'll find out if the errors
you see are due to your sorting or to having the rows hidden. If the
errors are due to the hidden rows, then you will need to write a macro
that unhides the rows, sorts, then re-hides the rows.
