Sorting for blank cells.

I have a spreadsheet that looks like this:

02 01 VI
$29.00

01 01 AX


01 01 OA
$10.00

I want to separate the ones without a dollar value under
the "01" or "02" cell. Can anyone offer any help?

Your Subject says "Sorting" but sort what?
