"Sorting" away emty lines in between

Is it possible to delete (sort) so that the emty lines in between are gone ?
(that is, using formulas)


Example:

Original Next kollom
====== =======
1 one 1 one
2 2 three
3 three 3 six
4 4 seven
5 5
6 six 6
7 seven 7
