Sorting all records that contains a field with both 1st and last n

Hi,

I am having a little trouble sorting a field that contains both first and
last names of people. For example "Adam Reilly" The database has more than 10
fields and I wish to sort the database alphabetically by last name only. Any
suggestions will be appreciated, thanks.
