sort two coloum in a Table

I am using a Access 2007 and like to sort 2nd colum and 5th colum ie first
Stutus then Sure Name how do I do this? I done it on Acess 2003

Use a query and in design view grid place Stutus to the left of Sure Name and
select Ascending in the Sort row.
