Hello readers:

I am using Microsoft Office 2003. we pay several vendors such as AA, BB
and CC every few days. I have created folders such as AA, BB etc.
Within these are subfolders named after the dates we paid them
containing all related files. eg. within AA I have 20061218, 20061213
etc. I want to see the latest payment's folder on top. This means that
I would like to sort subfolders in descending order of name. How can I
accomplish this? I have searched everywhere I could for the answer but
I am still clueless.

Thank you for your time.

Outlook will always show folders in alphabetical order.

Thanks for replying, Brian. Can I sort in descending order of date
instead of ascending. I would like to see the most recent on top.

Thanks again.

I'll repeat: Outlook always displays folders in the Folder List in
alphabetical order. It is not customizable. If you want to add them to the
Shortcut View of the Navigation Pane, then you can display them in whatever
order you want.
