sort all data in differnt rows at a time

I want to sort data in all the rows left to right at a signle sort so that
all data in all row will be sorted ascending or descending order. possible??
 
Do you want the entire sheet to be sorted as 1 unit, or do you want to
sort each individual row by itself, all at once?
