Hi,

It's a known issue with the web-based forum, try a newsreader to access
these groups instead.

How to setup OE (same as WinMail) for this:
http://rickrogers.org/setupoe.htm

Direct link to this group:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.vista.general

Hi Rick....

This is helpful information, including the material on your site. However,
and without wanting to sound too out of it, how do you determine the server
name and address to addess this Help and Support area? I tried
windowshelp.microsoft.com but that didn't find any listings.

Hi,

It's the first portion of the direct link (msnews.microsoft.com). The latter
half is the group itself.
