Sorry for all the Time questions

Ok so thanks for the info regarding time calculations. My
last question is how do you set up the format in a table
to include the date and time. I can't make it do both. It
only allows me to do date or time not both. Thanks again
for all the help!
 
Set the FieldType to Date/Time. That automatically allows the field to store
both date and time together.

I think what you're seeing as "won't let me do both" is the Format that
you've selected for the field. Set the Format to General Date.
