Sonic Stage with Net MD

Having loaded the Net MD software (sonic stage andn openMG juskebox) using XP, I try to run and I get the following error: Omgjbox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience

Any one else have a similar problem and/or know how to fix? Thanks in anticipation.
 
Hi, A good start might be to contact the maker of the software.

I am having exactly the same problem. Sony very kindly suggested reloading Windows XP, advice which I have ignored to date. I have uninstalled Sonic Stage Net MD and Open MG several times to no avail. Microsoft have a patch but it doesn't work in the UK. Any ideas anyone?
