something wrong with my task manager?

If I right click on my system tray and open task manager, it only shows the
running tasks. It doesn't show tabs for killing processes, restarting, etc.
If doesn't even have a 'X' box in the corner to kill it. I have to right
click on the icon in the system tray and select 'close' to close it.

Is something in my installation messed up or did SP2 change it? I just
reinstalled XP (repair option) and SP 2 due to a new motherboard, so I'm not
sure if anything went wrong there.
 
sorry found the answer with google. Not sure how it got this way, but if you
double click in the window, you get the tabs back.
