Something that might be of interest for your team...
As it is sometimes challenging to keep track of all the things we have
to do daily, I was looking for an efficient way to help me manage the
many things I have to do. I tried Palm, Excel spreadsheet, daily
planner, and even the old fashion paper & pencil. I wanted something
that could help my unit work as a team, share tasks on small projects.
I found a web application, accessible from anywhere, that will keep
track and organize activities of a team or individuals. We can create
small projects, assign owners to tasks and send automated or manual
reminders. The user interface is intuitive enough and a welcome screen
summarizes what are the important activities to be closed and quick
statistics give you a nice status on your project health. Data can be
exported to Excel or printed if necessary.
This tool does a really descent job in highlighting priorities and
things that should be focused on based on due date / priority and
progress. Much less time is wasted in wandering around what to start
with, what to do.
The company is www.aprilinnovations.com and you can read more about it
if you want to. If you decided to give it a try, please read through
"how eTasks works" or "take the tour". At this time, there is 1
month free trial.
