Something Hidden Is Using Half My Machine

Task Manager shows one of my CPUs as close to 100%. But the process list shows the System Idle
Process at 97%.

Process Explorer shows:

Process PID CPU Description Company Name
System Idle Process 0 36.15
Interrupts n/a 37.69 Hardware Interrupts
DPCs n/a 14.62 Deferred Procedure Calls
System 4

None of the system logs show anything.

I have tried stopping all optional services but no joy.

How do I find out what is generating enough hardware interrupts to eat 38% of the CPU power
(actually 76% of one CUP) and 15% of the CPU power in deferred procedure calls?

Expand process manager and move the cursor over the processes using cycles.
You'll get a more detailed list.

There is any additional information available for Interrupts and DPCs in Process Explorer.
