Someone opened my user profoles

I left my office computer unattended. When I came back my user
profiles window was open and minimized.

Is there any type of event viewer that would allow me to see when this
was opened?

So you don't practice any type of security, like locking the machine before
leaving, or a password-protected screensaver?
 
No there isn't, but when you leave your PC unattended, press one of the
Windows keys (the keys with the Windows flags on them) plus the letter L to
bring up the login window. You just have to enter your password to get back
to where you were. Windows doesn't restart.

I used to. I only used to shut it down because an ex-coworker liked to
play pranks. Since he is no longer here, I leave it up all day.

Now I have to figure out who was in my system.

So someone else knows your password then. I would change it immediately and
don't tell anyone else or do as most people do and leave it on a postick
note attached to the monitor!

Which you won't be able to do from the machine because your User was up and
running!
 
Dust it for fingerprints.
