Some thing wrong with my IE 6, i think my computer was hijacked

Recently I realiased that there is an extra menu in my IE ( File, Edit, Favorites, Tools, Help, Main Links)
What is Main Links?
When I click on it, it shows unlimited music dowloads, health, cars and craps
How to remove this crappy thing from my browser?

Another thing is that every time i start my computer, my quick launch buttons will be swaped and there is a Search Assistant thing appeared on my task bar. I tried removing it, I used spybot to scan my computer and my windows and antivirus always up to dat
When I check my regedit, I discovered several ad registery keys and I removed it and it still won't go away. I have pop up blockers. It is driving me nuts, i can't remove it

Help!!

If these don't correct the problem, then get yourself a copy of
BHODemon,

It does not need installing - simply unzip and run the EXE program. It
is easy to use. It will find the hijackware DLL files, and give you
the ability to disable them.
