Some Question about ADSL Conection

I have some question about my ADSL system.
It have a proxy server on it's DNS server and I can't go some sites how
can I pypass it and use some tunneling program for free?
And I'me using some torrents program sharing how can I set my ADSL
system to have best prformance and speed for it ?
Can U plz help me to solve those problems ?

All this is not specific for this group. You may want to try it
somewhere else to get some replies.

And maybe you should switch to another ISP.
 
1. Go to mozilla.com and get Firefox. This can be set to use any proxy, or
none, independently of the DHCP setting.

2. BitTorrent requires one inbound port to be opened on the router, and on
Windows Firewall if present. In principle any (high-number) port will do so
long as it matches the software's settings. Whether this is possible, and
how, depends on the hardware.
