Some Office 2003 updates never take

Ritter 197

When I look at my update history I find many of the same updates to MSOffice
2003 which continuously failed. Yet at the closing of my computer it always
tries again to download (and fail) the 2 updates. All other updates to
Windows xp are fine.

What can I do to stop these 2 updates which just prolong the shutdown and
never work anyhow?
 
If you post the KBs for them, other posters here will give you the direct
download link from MS for them.
