Some of my important emails are going straight to my Deleted Item.

My emails from one person are going straight to my Deleted Items folder and I
haven't set it up that way. How can I change this?
 
First check your rules & change the one that applies, then put the person on
the Safe Sender List. Also check your Junk Mail List for the person's email
and remove it from there. Sometimes a valid email gets put on the Junk Mail
List without your input.
