Hello All,
4 of 12 laptop can no longer send POP3 email to Exchange 2003 but they can
still receive email from same server. They CAN send email to the company
domain name (same as POP3 server domain). But no outside (non company
domain) email can be sent. Outlook error reads "None of your email accounts
can send to this recipient". Authentication on send is enabled.
All laptops are XP Pro w/ SP2 and criticals up to date. Exchange 2003
server has all criticals. Extensive logging on Exchange POP3 service shows
no errors. Laptop DNS provided by whatever ISP their connected to at the
time. Laptops do resolve DNS fine to POP3 server. Laptops have SpySweeper
3.0 installed & Symantec Anti-Virus. Both up to date defs.
Any ideas why they can't send out of their domain? Keep in mind the other 8
laptops work just fine. Thanks in Advance.
