Some Korean Characters on English Web Pages

1.On a lot of web pages, the odd english character is
substituted for a korean character.

2. On British sites, some prices for goodwhich should
dispaly as say 19.99 will display as ?9.99. Can any one
help me with these issues? Thanks from Australia.
 
Look at your View/Encoding.

When looking at the page change it to an other setting and refresh.

You can always look at the source code and see which encoding is used on the
page.
You may have to change it manually or set or not set the autoselect in the
view/encoding menu.
