Some icons disabled in outlook

Hi,
My company is trying to share a calendar within the staff. But we foun
that some icon
(eg: File->Open->Other User's Folder, &
eg: Calendar->properties->administration) are been disabled &
(eg: Calendar->properties->Permission tab) is not present.

Without all these features, i am facing problem setting the share
calendar to be acessible to all.

We are not using exchange server, and our mail server are separate
from the other servers. We are using outlook 2002.

Maybe someone can guide me on whats the problems?

The permissions tab will ONLY work with Exchange. You cannot easily share
without Exchange in the background. However, see this page for some tips:
