I'm trying to attch a file to this newsgroup (some Print Screen element ).
What is the size limit ???

There is not much that has not already been seen. A good and thorough
description will suffice. Include what you were doing that caused the
problem to occur.

Please do not attach files here. This is a text-only newsgroup, and I, and
many others do not appreciate seeing attachments here, for at least two
reasons:

1. The extra bandwidth attachments use

2. The risk of an attachment carrying a virus.

Even if you did provide an attachment, many of us wouldn't open it. It's
much preferable to put your screen shot on a web site and provide the link
to it here.

O.K

Firstly, don't post a question as a reply to someone else's thread.
Post a new question. Second you need to be more clear on what you want.
What do you mean by "make it so my monitor doesn't go darker when I
unplug it". Unplugging a monitor should cause it to go black.

Review this link about how to make a good newsgroup post and resubmit
your question as a new thread:

Lastly you're using the web interface which is lousy. Consider using a
newsreader to access this group. XP comes with one free, Outlook
Express. Here is a link on how to set up OE to access newsgroups.
