solver help

I am having trouble getting the solver to return a solution that I'
satisfied with.

I've attached the worksheet I'm working on. I'm trying to minimize J1
while changing column F. However, for column F, I only want it t
return either a 1 or 0, ie, on or off. But, the solver puts a numbe
between 1 & 0 in the cell, which throws off the calculation in cell J1


Does anyone have a tip or solution to this?
