Solution to upgrade Win 2k Pro to Win XP - URGENT!!!!

Hi Everyone,

I am finding a solution to upgrade Windows 2000 Pro to Windows XP Pro
without formatting the hard disk,without any data loss and without setting
loss. Is it possible?Please advise.Thank first.

Yes it is possible as well as easy and relatively safe.
From the Desktop simply insert the Windows XP Pro CD.
Follow the prompts for an upgrade.
Data should be safe, back-up important data just in case.

Yes, with a Retail Upgrade or Full XP Pro. The OEM versions [sometimes
referred to as Full] sold with a piece of hardware will only do clean
installs.
Even though you will not lose data or settings, back up everything important
not availailable from other media or sources.
When upgrading, prep as if you are doing a clean install but chose the
upgrade option.
