Hello all,

Microsoft support just helped me get rid of the virus (or
whatever it is) that was hijacking my home page. Perhaps
this info can be of use to others out there with the same
problem.

1) Go to http://www.majorgeeks.com/downloads31.html
(spyware tools)
2) Scroll down -- Download CWShredder.
3) After downloading, close all browser windows and run
CWShredder.exe.
4) Unclick the box that says it's just going to take the
bad files to the Recycle box. Just get rid of them!
5)Click FIX.
6)Reboot your computer.
7)Open IE and reset your home page to where you really
want it. (you might need to do this twice - mine crashed
the first time).
8) Voila!!
