The solution is install or reinstall Windows Service Pack 3 if is Windows XP
, or Windows Vista Service Pack 1 if is Windows Vista.

Who and what are you talking about? Without quoting the original post or
using a real newsgroup program (not a website) you can reply to the original
thread.

Is a new thread my friend for all the people who has the same problem than I
have ,just that , there is a similar thread in Windows Vista Newsgroup but
not in the Windows XP Newsgroup.

It may have been a solution for you but I would suspect that there could be
any number of solutions depending on what was the actual cause of the
excessive CPU usage. Were you relying on Task Manager or another programme
to determine which process was generating the CPU usage? A lot of programmes
use explorer.exe and these can cause excessive usage.

Ahh, but the universe has expanded, which means the restaurant
is a bit farther away, so the meaning has increased by
0.00000000000000000000000000000000000000000001%.

And that problem would be.... Coherence? Ability to communicate? Warts?
