Hi, my name is Kevin Sidell and a partner and I figured out a way to recover
items that had been deleted out of Outlook PST files. It's a process (not a
software product!) that yields deleted items as long as the files had not
been compacted. The results have been amazing and we've had many very happy
clients as a result! All results are confidential and are guaranteed (you
don't pay if we don't recover items!). Our turnaround time is typically
very fast, many times we can turn around the files in 24 hours or less. Now
that you know what we can do, there are some limitations. They are as
follows:

1) We cannot recover items from corrupted PST files. We can only work with
intact, otherwise functional, uncompacted PST files.
2) We cannot recover items from OST files connected to Exchange server.
3) And we only work with Windows Outlook PST files, no Outlook Express DBX
files or Mac Files work with our process.

Sure, anyone can open in it a text editor and read the deleted stuff, it is
still there until a compaction occurs.
I am interested in your process though.
Does your process support files that are encrypted?
Does it support the newer unicode .pst files from Office 2003?
