software to make vocabulary (bilingual)

Hi.

I'm looking in past and present months, for programs able to make a
dictionary/vocabulary, like:

MERRIAM WEBSTER DICTIONARY

but in two languages, like

ENGLISH-LATIN dictionary

and reverse

LATIN-ENGLISH dictionary

automatically.

Can anyone help me, if are freeware programs to do this?
