Is there any software out there that can interogate a website so that
it can create a treeview of all the webpages on the site and how they
link to each other (or just how they all link to the homepage)?

Sitemap Creator
(exporting directory structure to html file, printing directory structure,
creating sitemaps, sitemap maker, folder list).
