Software installation

Dear all

i have windows 2000 server and windows 2000 professional on client.when a user logon to domain. he can't install the software on his computer because it says u r not authorized. How can i authorize a user so that he can install software rather then a user with administrative previlage login and install the software
 
Try publishing/announcing MSI installations in AD and use group policy for
elevated privilages. Have a look on the net and you should find out more
about it.
