When trying to install a specific program (doesn't happen with any
other, as far as I've noticed), I get the following error halfways into
the install:

General File Transfer error. Please check your target location and try
again.

Error Number: -3

Filename c:\misc\analysator\Mschrt20.ocx

The program (found at http://www.handlare.nu/analysator.exe) installs
fine on another computer with the same setup (Win XP, SP 1), so it seems
to be a problem with my setup.

The only suggestion the program's creator could offer was that I had to
make sure I am logged in with an account with full access, which I am.

Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

Linda

Maybe it tries to open it during the copy.

extra toolbars, etc can be managed in SP2 on the IE, Tools menu, click
"Manage AddOns"
