Feed Editor - really cool program.

The creation of new feed is easily and simply. You can use "New Feed
Creation Wizard", or convert HTML (or CSV) to RSS, or create feed from
scratch. I was created my first feed in 3 minutes. Podcasting and RSS
Image also supported. Great Upload feature.
