Quick question: I am seeking a design software to design my company logo
and/or Banners. What is a good/ reasonably priced software to accomplish
this? Is Corel a good one? Thanks!

If you want to check out a really cute and pretty good logo program...check out LogoCreator they have a free trial and it's only 20-30 bucks if you want to buy it. BUT it's not an image editor like Corel, Photoshop, Paintshop Pro...etc. But its really really handy for experimenting and it turns out really nice crisp logos...easy too.

Do the demo of LogoCreator but everybody needs a paint program sooner or
later and the best and lowest cost application is Paint Shop Pro which is
why Corel just bought lock stock and barrel. Who knows why but often it is
to squash the product to get rid of competition.
