I think this is the updater, but I only allowed one update per week, that is
way too much for me anyhow. Once a month is fine for me. I am an unemployed
laborer that has to compete with illegal aliens. I get these pop ups every
day with webroot and spyware I don't need this shit.
ITs like these church freaks running around in the government pushing
religion, Jesus, Mohammeds,
With win 98 I was getting critical updates every 5 minutes.
I had to reformat my drive and not allow updates at all.

Do kindly try to keep the non-XP- related attacks on
people's religious beliefs to yourself and out of the group.

Last I heard, most people in here really like to keep the
discussions away from personal issues and strictly ON xp
issues.

And when some have asked ME and 98 questions, even THEY have
been referred elsewhere.

Some of us DO have religious beliefs, whether you do or not.

Who knows? You might one day ask a question a Christian or
Muslim could help you with. You've hardly motivated either
to help.

You might as well have made some bigoted reference to those
damn N*s!

Better watch that, and join the rest of us in the 21st C,
where we try to be tolerant of one another.

What is softwARE DISTRIBUTION 2.0?

There was an installation yesterday at the time apprx. I restored an old
sytem. It say software installation 2.0. And then when I turned on the
computer today my screen froze up and some kind of ghost display showed up
and said change window. I could not move the mouse in the center of the
display.

So I had to reboot. While rebooting the computer took a long time and said
it was updating software. I went to sytem restore and the Software
distribution 2.0 was displayed today and yesterday. I tried to go back in
time before and the restore was locked and would not go back so I guess I
have to restore from yesterday. This happeden with another computer I hae
with XP that I cAN not go back in time past a date the restrore choses.

WTF

IT is beginning to look as if I may have to do it with XP as well.
