software compatiblity

Is any of the 97 MS Office (word, access,
powerpoint,et..) compatible with XP?
there was a post not THREE hours ago about this.

the answer is yes, and PLEASE do some searching of the newsgroup before
posting - this is asked at LEAST once a day.

hi,
well office 97 application sholud run of xp
do the follwing steps if they do'nt run.

1) right click the application(*.exe) select
properties>compabiltity tab
2) select the layer which you want to apply
Windows 98,windows 2000, Windows nt service pack 5.0
this should work fine
