I tried to use this programme in my computer last night
but it came up with error signature, I am not able to
access any of this programme and I am unsure as to what I
do now, does this mean I have to take my computer back to
the shop..... yet again....

soffice.exe is not a Windows XP system program. It is an Open Office or
Star Office program. Try reinstalling Open Office or Star Office. You may
also consider inquiring in a Star Office newsgroup.
