Hi all, this is driving me nuts!

When I hit the back button I often get the following:
-------------
Warning: Page has expired

The page you requested was created using information you
submitted in a form. This page is no longer availiable.
As a security precaution, Internet Explorer does not
automatically resubmit your information for you.

To resubmit your information ans view this web page,
click the refresh button.

------------------------

This is new, I've never had this happen till recently and
as I said, it's driving me nuts. How do I fix this?

Thanks.

I can be emailed at (e-mail address removed)

I'm not entirely sure, but I believe this is a function of the server
you are browsing. If there is, in fact a form of some kind, it wants to
make certain that you are who you say you are, that the information it
displays is correct, etc. Hence, the requirement that you repost is by
design.

Otherwise, something is wrong. Are you not attempting to go back to a
page that invovles data on a form?
