I have asked how to synchroinze the calnder and contacts and other pst files
between 2 computers. There are some software programs that do this.
I have tried all of them but none of them satisfied me.

Is it possible to be synchronized just to replace the old pst files with new
ones?

Only if you want to corrupt your mail profile.

I mean that if Outlook is using a particular PST, overwriting it with
another file of the same name will most likely damage the connection between
Outlook and that PST. Outlook keeps track of a PST by more than just its
path.
