SNMP trap source

Hi,
in our instalation we need to setup a specific IP source
in the traps sends from our windows 2000 box. do anybody
know how setup the snmp trap source in a windows 2000 snmp
agent?

not sure what you are asking.

if you want to receive traps using the MS SNMP Service, you need the SNMP
Trap Service running.

In the basic SNMP service, under the security tab, you can define what hosts
are allowed to send you traps. Put the hostname or IP address authorized
machines here.
