Snipping Tool

I am using MS Outlook 2002 but when I use the snipping tool from Windows
Vista Ultimate and click on the send email icon, nothing happens!

Can that mean the tool is not compatible with Outlook '02?
 
Are you trying to crop an area of the screen? You should download the left
mouse the drag over the area you would like grab a screenshot of.
 
I too am having trouble with the snipping tool. It won't copy automatically
or when you mouse the copy icon on the toolbar. It WILL save to a file. It
won't send by e-mail using either option.

Do you have any solution?
