My Mouse keeps moving automatically to the corners of any active window. I
have disabled snap to in the control panel and removed all third party mouse
related software and changed the mouse. What else can i do?

Hi there...
Saw this problem many times. One of the first things you can try is to unplug
your mouse and thoroughly clean it. After removing the ball, (and I use a paper
towel...one end damp - the other dry) and clean all rollers and contacts from
the gunk that builds up in there. Put it back together, plug it in, reboot, and
see what happens.
If problem still exists...the next thing you can do is purchase a new mouse and
try that. This, more often than naught, will cure the problem.
As an aside...I have also seen erratic mouse behavior over the years when not
related to the above due to trojans and/or viruses in the system. Not
often...but it has happened and causes some suspicion when I see the problem if
not related again to needing to clean or replace the mouse.
See what happens after a thorough cleaning or replacement of the mouse.
Take Care...

P.S.
I am aware that you said you changed the mouse, but I do want to point out that
if you changed it to one that you may have already had laying around...this too
could have needed a good cleaning. If you replaced it with a new one...still
does not mean you have a good mouse.
I recently replaced, after cleaning, a mouse bought to put together a new system
for someone and problem was solved. Doesn't hurt to try.
You can look up other solutions searching google about the problem or searching
teoma.com as well:

Thanks Dee

But it is definetly a software problem. A Hardware problem would not
consitently move a mouse to exact places on a Dialog. I have tried googleing
but have not had any positive results.

With my software engineers hat on it looks like some windows messages
believe that my mouse is set snap to. where other ones do not.

Clean a mouse? Why bother? It's so much easier now to get an optical
mouse - they are priced very similiar to regular mice - and never
worry about cleaning the rollers again. Further, you can get rid of
mousepads as optical mice don't need them.

try unistalling the mouse driver from the device manager and use the keys
(arrows and TAB button (hope you know how)) to restart your computer, when
it will restart the mouse drivers will be loaded again, perhaps without
those strange settings.

"hater"

Considered the opposite of a raver, a hater is a person who is: full of
hate, very judgmental, negative, sarcastic, depressing, manipulating, quick
to finger point at every little thing they find unsatisfactory or not to
their liking or perceived standard (judgmental).

Often the subject of the hatred is something widely liked by the hater's
social circle. The hater often proves the addage that "misery loves
company", and tries to ruin the enjoyment of others. Haters might see
themselves as iconoclasts, rebels or even as being wiser/more authentic than
the admirers of the subject. However, they are more likely just cynical and
bitter about not enjoying the subject, or not being a part of the larger
group. Instead of recognizing that it may be just a matter of personal taste
or preference, they attack the subject and those enjoy it. Typically the
things they propose as the flaws of the subject are trivial or subjective,
and reveal more about the hater than any real flaws of the subject.

The hater/raver terminology might have evolved from the rave subculture, but
both terms can applied to just about any human endeavor or interest. Every
band, movie, cause, activity, flavor or what have you, has its ravers and
haters.

The most insulting and offending word to a raver is not "****er", but
"hater".
