sms sending

is there any way you can send sms from PC using vb/asp programs? i recently
download program which send sms but it connects to my blue tooth (attached
to my computer) to my mobile blue tooth and using that thing it send sms. is
there any other way?

You can send a regular e-mail to send a SMS. The trick is to find the
gateway related to the provider of the cell phone you are trying to reach.

You can do it on several ways:
- connecting to your provider via a direct conenction with the SMS-Center
- with a SMS Modem / Mobile phone connected to your pc
- ...

A plain text e-mail can be sent as a SMS to a cell phone.

You need to find the gateway used by the provider of the cell phone to which
you want to send SMS (much like you need to know my email address to send me
a e-mail).

For example, I am a client of Bell Canada so my SMS address is
(e-mail address removed)
