SMS Add on - problems installing

Good evening everyone.

Can anyone help me? I have installed the Outlook SMS add-on (2003) and
cannot see the tool bar!

I have done the obvious check to make sure that the tool-bar is active but
the only bars I can currently have are:
Standard
Advanced
Web
Inboxer (another add-on I have had for a while).

I have checked and it is definetly installed but I cannot see it anywhere -
even though it was there earlier on today!
 
OK - quick update!

I have actually found the check box for the add-on in
">Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM Add-ins" but if I check the box
and click OK . . . . . the box is unchecked when I go back in!!!!!

What is going on?!?!?!?!?
 
Do you have a mobile phone connected to the computer and configured to act
as a modem? That's a requirement.
