Smartpops

I've been getting a lot of "program is not responding
errors" ,it displays an error message and something
about "Smart pops network essentials" I then submit the
error to microsoft and it takes me to the smart pops
link, and in that page there are instructions to remove
the program from my computer but when I look it up Icant
find anything in my computer related to the smart pops.

(Windows XP home edition)
