Smart Media Card - Autoplay

I am trying to disable the popup explorer window when I insert a smart media
card.
I have selected Take No Action on all of the file types on the autoplay tab
for the device. But everytime I insert a card the explorer window pops up

Use Tweak-UI for Windows XP PowerToy.
Expand the My Computer Category, then AutoPlay.
Drives sub-category. Remove the check/tic mark besides
the drive letter assigned/used by the Media Card.
