Small problem since Tuesday Updates

Not sure if anyone else has observed, but programs minimised to the task
bar don't spring open back to full screen now when single clicked. In
fact Outlook 2007 seems to have lost a right click OPEN command from
when it is on the Task bar?

Is it just me?

I don't seem to have these problems after the updates. I'm running Home
Premium SP1.
I wish I knew what to tell you to help.
