small bar alomg bottom edge

Greetings to all,

Can anyone tell me how to get the small bar along the bottom edge of IE6 to
be there? The one that shows the padlock and the link you're hovering over,
etc.

It has disappeared, I don't know how and I can't find a setting anywhere to
put it back.

Any tips would be appreciated.
